Keyluma PICTO ships in 60ml tubes, one tube per shade code, and the trade store's order sheet is built to get you through a full colour order in a single pass rather than shade by shade.
Using the order sheet
Sign in and open the order sheet, and every PICTO shade is listed in level order — the same ladder set out on the Keyluma page, running from the darkest neutrals up through the coppers, golds and silvers to the lightest tones. Your trade price sits beside each shade, so you can work down the list, enter a quantity against the shades you need, and place one order rather than searching the catalogue product by product.
The minimum: 3 per shade, in steps of 1
Every PICTO shade carries a minimum order quantity of 3 tubes. Above that minimum you can order in single-tube steps — 4, 5, 7, whatever a shade needs. A single 60ml tube is rarely enough for one service on its own: PICTO is mixed with Cream Activator at a 1:1.2 to 1:1.5 ratio before it goes on the hair, so the usable colour shrinks further once it's in the bowl, and a longer or thicker head can use more than one tube by itself. Three tubes gives you enough of a shade to actually complete a service, with headroom left for a second application, a root touch-up, or blending with a neighbouring level — rather than running out mid-appointment because only one tube was on the shelf.
Clear Gloss (KEY-PICTO-00) is the one exception to the minimum. It comes in a 400ml bottle rather than a 60ml tube, and it isn't tied to a single shade the way a PICTO colour is — it's used on its own for a sheer gloss service, or blended with a pigment shade, for example at a 3:1 ratio, to lighten a result. Because it works differently from a colour tube and covers far more services per bottle, it can be ordered on its own without the 3-tube minimum.
Ordering activator and pH9 shampoo alongside colour
Every PICTO application needs two products beyond the shade itself: Keyluma Cream Activator, the developer PICTO (and Clear Gloss) is mixed with, and Keyluma pH9 Alkaline Pre-Colour Shampoo, used to prepare hair before colour goes on — its alkaline formula opens the cuticle so colour takes evenly, and swapping in a regular shampoo can lead to uneven colour take-up. Neither product is optional to the system, so it's worth adding both to the same order as your shades rather than ordering colour on one order and developer on the next. Cream Activator in particular is worth watching closely, since every tube of colour and every use of Clear Gloss depends on it.
Building a shade range
PICTO runs to 30 shades across 10 levels and 11 tonal families, from near-black neutrals to the lightest violet-golds, plus two intensifiers. Full details on the shade system, and the level-by-level list, are on the Keyluma page. Few salons need all 30 on the shelf from day one. It's worth starting from the levels and tones your own client base actually asks for — the levels you tone or gloss most often, the natural bases you refresh between permanent colour appointments — and adding other levels or tonal families as demand for them comes up, rather than ordering the full range speculatively. Because the minimum per shade is only 3 tubes and orders step up one tube at a time above that, adding a new shade to an existing order, or topping up a fast-moving one, doesn't commit you to a large quantity each time.
The same logic applies at reorder time. Rather than waiting until a shade runs out completely, the order sheet lets you check remaining stock against the same level-ordered list you used to build the range in the first place, top up whichever shades have moved, and add Cream Activator or pH9 Shampoo to the same order if either is running low — all in the one pass the order sheet is designed for.
