How your trade price works

Frequent Use Shampoo N1

Trade pricing on Evera & Keyluma Pro works through account tiers rather than a single published price list: what you pay depends on which tier your account sits in, and you only see the figure once you've signed in. The same system covers both brands, so a salon buying Evera haircare and Keyluma colour is working from one trade price, not two separate arrangements.

Trade tiers

Every approved account is placed in a trade tier, and that tier sets the price you see across both Evera and Keyluma. Because pricing is tied to the account rather than published on the product page for everyone, two salons can be looking at the same PICTO shade or the same Evera shampoo and see two different figures, each correct for their own account and tier. That's also why prices aren't shown to anyone who isn't signed in — there's no single "trade price" to display until the store knows which tier is asking.

Prices without VAT, added when you order

Prices are shown without VAT, and they only appear once you're signed in — before sign-in, or on an account that hasn't been approved yet, there's no price to see at all, only a prompt to sign in or apply. VAT is added when you place your order, so the ex-VAT figure you see while working down the order sheet is the trade price, not the final total you're invoiced. Working in net figures like this is the usual convention for trade and business buying, and it means the price you're comparing against a previous order, or against a neighbouring shade or product on the order sheet, is a like-for-like trade figure rather than one with tax folded in.

Signing in to see your price

There's no separate step to unlock pricing beyond signing in. Once your account has been approved, your tier price replaces the placeholder on every product page and on the order sheet automatically, for as long as you stay signed in — there's nothing further to request or apply for. If you're not seeing a price at all, the likeliest reason is that you're either not signed in, or the account hasn't been approved yet.

Payment: 30-day terms

Approved salons order on 30-day terms from their very first order. Nothing is paid at checkout — the order is due 30 days after you place it, and you can pay it from your account at any point before that date. This applies whether you're ordering Evera, Keyluma, or both together in the same order, and it holds from your first order rather than being something you build up to. In practice, that means restocking doesn't require paying upfront: you can place an order, get on with using or selling what's in it, and settle the invoice from your account within the 30-day window.

Delivery

Orders are picked and shipped from GA's UK warehouse, and Evera and Keyluma ship together as one order rather than as separate deliveries per brand — so a mixed order of haircare and colour arrives as a single delivery, not two.

UK delivery is £9.95 per order, and orders over £400 ex VAT are delivered free. Because both brands travel together, a mixed order counts once against that threshold rather than twice — so adding a colour restock to your haircare order is usually what carries it over.

Putting it together

Taken together, the pricing system is built around three things: a tier attached to your account rather than the product, a price shown ex-VAT that only appears once you're signed in and approved, and 30-day terms that apply from the first order. None of it needs to be set up separately — approval, tier pricing and payment terms all switch on together the moment your account is confirmed.
