In the chair
Apply on damp, towel-dried hair for the most even toner deposit. Process the minimum 15 minutes for visible cooling, the full 20 for maximum neutralisation. On porous pre-lightened hair, do a 10-minute strand test — Graphite can grab quickly on compromised cuticles.

For platinum-chasing clients: mix 7T with 9T Titanium Silver at 50/50 — gives the cooling power of a level-7 toner with the lightness of a level-9 ice. Avoid going past 15 minutes on this combo.
